Frequently Asked Questions
What is your session format and rates?
F.A.C.T. Therapy is a private-pay, out-of-network practice and does not bill insurance companies directly. Payment is due at the time of each session.
Many clients, however, have out-of-network mental health benefits that may allow for partial reimbursement through their insurance provider.
If you plan to seek reimbursement, we encourage you to contact your insurance company to better understand your specific benefits. Helpful questions to ask include:
• Do I have out-of-network mental health coverage?
• What is my annual deductible, and has it been met?
• What percentage of each session is reimbursed after the deductible?
• Are there limits on the number of sessions covered per year?
Upon request, we are happy to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Please note that reimbursement is not guaranteed and is determined by your individual insurance plan.
